  • What products do you use?

    We strive to use the best, enviornmentally friendly, and quality products!

    Loma is our main product line, and one of the reasons we love it because they are local to us (Monroe, WA)! Loma is a collection of organically infused, aromatic products for daily comfort. Naturally healing, organic ingredients partnered with environmentally-conscious manufacturing give you exceptional performance.

    We also carry some ELEVEN Australia, Kenra, and Cult&King.

    For color we are happy to utilize Kevin Murphy Color, which is PPD and ammonia-free! This color line is truly amazing, it gently moisturizes, rejuvenates, and imparts incredible shine thanks to colors rich in honey, pomegranate, shea butter, rose hip and aloe vera.

  • Do I need clean hair?

    In short, no. You will recieve a shampoo, condition and blow-dry with all services.

    Exceptions: If you are recieving a color service and have heavy product build up or use any colored dry shampoo/temporary color products (Magic root, Color WOW, ect), please have your hair washed and dry when you come in for your service. These products can prevent your professional color from working properly.

  • What will my maintanence look like?

    This will vary depending on the service and client, but generally speaking:

    Haircuts:

    Short (above the ear): 4-6 weeks Medium (ear-shoulder): 6-8 weeks Long (Below shoulder): 8-12 weeks

    Color Services:

    All over/grey coverage: 4-8 weeks Toner/Gloss/Mini Service: 8-12 weeks Highlighting: 8-16 weeks

Policies

  • Cancellations

    We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That is why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling and rescheduling appointments.

    Clients cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be required to pay for 50% of the service booked the first time, and 100% of the service booked the second time. An invoice will be sent to your email and is due on reciept, and any future appointments will not be scheduled until the invoice is paid.

    No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

  • Tardiness

    Please be courteous to the staff and other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.

    If you are going to be late for a scheduled appointment, please contact Sabrina at (425) 319-0773 ASAP.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, there may be a late fee and we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time

  • Adjustments

    Any adjustments to color or haircut services, need to be communicated and scheduled within 14 days of the orignal service rendered.
